Rosa's experience in working in management positions across different industries has given her a strong insight into the stresses and pressures faced by individuals in the corporate sector.
As a therapist, Rosa believes there is a strong link between the mind and body and is an advocate for mind-body medicine. Increasingly, research is demonstrating that there is a strong correlation between illness and disease and long-term, accumulative stress levels typified in today's world. When the mind is strong and positive, there is an increased chance for the body to be strong and healthy.
As a therapist, Rosa works with the body's natural healing mechanisms and teaches individuals how to regain their health and to find balance in their lives.
Her areas of expertise are in:
- Aromatherapy
- Reflexology
- Remedial Massage
- Pregnancy Massage
- Baby Massage
Rosa is also an experienced public speaker who conducts workshops and seminars in stress management, health and well-being to individuals and the corporate sector.
